စိန့်ဂျွန်းကန်တော်မင်သာသနာမှ လိုအပ်နေသော ဘာသာဝင်များ၏ ဝိညာဉ်ရေးဆိုင်ရာနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ ကျေးဇူးတော်စက္ကရမင်တူးမင်္ဂလာခံယူခြင်း ကိစ္စရပ်များအတွက် ဘုန်းတော်ကြီးများနှင့်အတူ ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

စိန့်ဂျွန်းကန်တော်မင်သာသနာဘာသာဝင်များသည် ယုံကြည်မှုခိုင်မြဲခြင်းနှင့် လူမှုရေး၊ ကျန်းမာရေး တိုးတက်ကောင်းမွန်လာစေရန်၊ မိမိဘာသာသူအချင်းချင်း အဆက်အသွယ်မပြတ်ကာ လူမှုဝန်းကျင်တို့နှင့် သဟဇာတရှိပြီး ခေတ်နှင့်အညီ ရှင်သန်တိုးတက်နေမည်။
အသင်းကြီးဖြစ်ပေါ်လာပုံ
အသင်းကြီးဖြစ်ပေါ်လာပုံမှာ စိန့်ဂျွန်းကန်တော်မင်သာသနာမှ ဘာသာဝင်လူငယ်ဟောင်းတစ်ဦးဖြစ်သည့် ကွယ်လွန်သူ ကိုလောရင်း ကို အခြေပြု၍ စတင်ပေါ်ပေါက်လာခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ကိုလောရင်း၏ဈာပန၌ ယခင်စိန့်ဂျွန်းကန်တော်မင်လူငယ်ဟောင်းများ ပြန်လည်ဆုံတွေ့ပြီး လူမှုရေးလုပ်ငန်းများလုပ်ဆောင်ရန် တိုင်ပင်ခဲ့ကြသည်။
လူမှုရေးလုပ်ငန်းဟုဆိုရာ၌ မကျန်းမာသူများကို နွေးထွေးစွာ အားပေးစကားပြောဆိုခြင်း၊ ဆုတောင်းပေးခြင်း၊ အလှူငွေများပေးခြင်း၊ နာရေးများ၌ အလှူငွေပေးခြင်း၊ သက်ကြီးရွယ်အိုများကို ပျော်ရွှင်စွာ သွားရောက်နှုတ်ဆက်ခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ကြမည်ဟု တိုင်ပင်ခဲ့ကြသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် ၂၀၁၈ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ (၁) ရက်နေ့တွင် စိန့်ဂျွန်းကန်တော်မင်လူငယ်ဟောင်းများနှင့် ဖွဲ့စည်းခဲ့သောကြောင့် အသင်းကြီးပေါ်ပေါက်လာခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
အသင်းကြီးတည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲစေရန်နှင့် တက်ကြွစွာပါဝင်ရန် လှုံ့ဆော်ပေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အသင်းကြီး၏ တာဝန်ဝတ္တရားများကိုလည်း အသင်းသူအသင်းသားများအား တာဝန်ခွဲဝေပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။

The main purpose of the Vincent de Paul is to fulfill their principals that to proclaim the Good News by their word and actions and to serve the poor person to person with deep concern and love. They save the collection of the donors and add their personal contributions then help the poor and the needy especially materially poor people may have the sense of joy, may feel that of being care by the society.
Objectives
1. To encourage the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person
2. To draw young people into responsible participation in the life and mission of the Catholic community
3. To empower young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in today's world
